thorough medical checkup can prove to be Instrumental in the timely
detection of disease, thus averting it in an early stage and avoiding
further complications.
Executive health checkup has been especially designed, so that you
remain fully aware of the state of your health. It includes many comprehensive
screening tests which will help you identify any problems and their
further management.
Instructions
- Executive clinic is open from Monday through Friday from 9:00
am to 5:00 pm.
- The executive Health Checkup requires one visit only.
- Please call 1 to 2 days earlier to confirm your appointment
and to register your full name with PRO.
- On the Check Up day, you are required to arrive at the PR Office
at 9:00 am, Arriving late would mean that laboratory reports will
not be ready by the time you go for doctor’s consultation.
- One attendant per patient is allowed.
- Twelve hours fasting is required prior to the appointment is
at 09:00 am, then please do not take any food or beverages after
09:00 pm the day before. You can drink water only, if desired.
- Specimen containers should be collected when you come for the
appointment. Specimen of stool and urine may be brought from home
on day of the checkup.
- If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give
the hospital at least 24 hours notice.
Cost
- Total cost for the package is Rs. 12,000/-
only.
- Additional investigation of consultation on further reference
to other specialists is not included in the package. The tests
suggested in the package may change based on the evaluation of
the medical officer who performs the initial screening. If any
of these tests is not performed due to any medical reasons, there
will be no refund.
