The Rehman Medical Institute has a modern cafeteria to serve its staff, in-patients, outpatients, attendants as well as visitors. Presently the Cafeteria is located on the ground floor and basement of the Doctor's Hostel. Food is prepared under strictly hygienic conditions, and regular checks are made to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality. Employees can avail special subsidized rates at the Cafeteria by displaying their RMI Employee Card.

Different menus have been prepared for patients under treatment for specific ailments; all this has been done after consultation with dieticians, and in keeping with the dietary requirements of each patient. Despite realistic dietary restrictions, patients can still choose from a variety of items that have been allowed them after ensuring that it would not hamper their early recovery.

Keeping in view the increasing load on the present Cafeteria, it is planned to expand its facilities in the near future. To provide more privacy and a better environment for dining to the RMI staff, another Cafeteria is being planned, which would be located in the basement of the Main Building . The Kitchen here would cater exclusively to the in-patients, and would thus ensure even further improvement of the hygiene standards which would be maintained there. Other than that, a self-service buffet would also be available to the RMI staff members, along with a modern seating area, including a separate portion for the Senior Management. Space has also been allocated just outside the Cafeteria for a tandoor and a bar-b-cue area, to further increase the variety of items available on the menu.
