Rehman Medical Institute is the Institute focuses all its energies on high standard of medical services and an exemplary environment. To maintain these high standards and also for security reasons, following instructions must be followed .

• Only one attendant is allowed with the patient (except in the VVIP room, where 2 attendants are allowed).
  
• Attendant will stay in the allotted room/ward with their patient or in sarai. The Attendants must clearly display the Attendant Card allotted to them during their stay at RMI.
  
• The Attendant cards must be returned to the Admission Office upon the patient’s discharge from hospital.
  
• For visiting the patient in room/ward, the following timings must strictly be followed.

• All types of foodstuff are prohibited from outside the hospital, unless specifically recommended by the Consultant. The RMI has its own Cafeteria, where patients are provided with meals according to the Consultants’ recommendations.
  
• Flowers/bouquet can be brought for the patients.
  
• A fine of Rs. 50 must be paid in case the attendant’s card is misplaced or lost.
  
• Attendants will not bring any sort of bedding to the patient’s room.
  
• Children under 12 are not allowed to visit patients unless prior permission has been obtained.
  
• Smoking, naswar, spitting and littering is strictly prohibited in the hospital.
  
• Visitors/Attendants are now allowed into the ICU and CCU, unless they have permission from the Duty Doctor.
  
• Parking inside the hospital is not allowed however vehicles can be parked outside the hospital but at owner’s risk.
